Can I bring food & drinks on the boat?

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring whatever you need for a fun day on the lake! We can also provide a cooler for you to use for free

Will I get a refund if the weather sucks?

We offer a partial refund OR we will offer complimentary (based on availability) rescheduling in the event of bad weather. Rain or Shine, we OUTSIDE!

Do I have to pay a deposit?

We offer multiple payment options including a “deposit” of $150 which will be used towards your booking. Full amount due 3 days prior to booking date

“ You break it, You buy it” - You will sign a lease agreement when we meet you which will list all potential damages as well as any charges you can expect.

What if the boat has mechanical issues?

Don’t panic! Contact TOW BOAT USA (704) 200-1930 you have full coverage and they will come take care of you within 45mins!

Can I Book with a Boat Driver/Captain?

Absolutely! Although our boats are very user friendly. You can opt to have us escort you around instead.

Is there a bathroom on the boat?

No. Our Pontoons, Tritoons and Sports Boats do NOT come equipped with a bathroom. However the docks we depart from do! Also we will always happily take you to shore to use the toilet during your booking!
